Upon payment being received and approved, your order will be processed without delay. All credit card holders are subject to validation authorized by the card issuer.
Under no circumstance will we take any returns due to COVID-19. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
IMPORTANT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (This ONLY applies when COVID-19 is over)
We will not accept unauthorized returns of any “KiaKonnections hair products.” If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please contact us directly after receiving your purchase. Please note once the hair has been removed from its original packaging we are unable to accept any forms of exchange.
If you have been authorized to return a product it MUST be in its original packaging authenticated as a brand new condition in which you received it. If an item is accepted and we deem that it has not been returned to us in the original brand new condition that it was sent then the item will be returned to you at your expense. Consequently no refund will be issued to the customer.
Postage costs are non-refundable. Return postage is at the expense of the purchaser. We will not cover return postage costs and parcels marked “Return to Sender” will be declined by us. All hair extensions are classified as ”human products” by Health Department regulations restricting us from accepting any returns of any product that is not in brand new condition. If you are uncertain or have any questions about our products, please contact us.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. We will make an effort to have your items to you as soon as possible although deliveries should be expected in the delivery range of 5- 7 days. Regrettably, we are unable to offer overnight express. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. KK’s Customer Service representative is available Monday- Friday from 10am- 6pm Central Time (CT). Please check the contact tab on the website for all contact information.
BUSINESS HOURS
KiaKonnections’ operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm CT and Saturday 12pm to 6pm. Please note: we are closed on Sunday and all major Holidays.
